El SW Málaga Mayo 2023 Día a día
Friday/Viernes
Selección de proyectos.
Project selection.
Comenzamos con un open mic donde los participantes presentaron ¡¡¡¡18 proyectos!!!, de los cuales finalmente siguieron a la siguiente fase los cinco sobre los que trabajaron todo el fin de semana.
Una vez teníamos los proyectos Hay que formar los equipos de trabajo ... Como en la vida misma, cada uno intenta atraer para su equipo las mejores habilidades para el proyecto. Y a trabajar....
We started with an open mic where the participants presented ¡¡¡¡18 projects!!!, of which finally the five projects they worked on all weekend went to the next phase.
Once we had the projects, we had to create the working teams ... As in life itself, everyone tries to attract for his team the best skills for the project. And finally back to work....
Saturday/Sábado
Trabajar, trabajar y trabajar.
Work, Work and Work again.
Los equipos diseñan y dan forma a su proyecto con la ayuda de mentores hasta desarrollar finalmente el plan de negocio. En este día es la primera vez que presentan el proyecto en grupo ante todos los mentores para recibir retroalimentación conjunta.
Tuvimos dos talleres formativos, el primero de Dan Marques sobre el Modelo de Negocio; y el segundo de Carolina Greno sobre como optimizar tu pitch.
Teams design and shape their project with the help of mentors until the business plan is finally developed. On this day is the first time, they pitch the project as a group in front of all the mentors to receive joint feedback.
We had two training workshops, the first one by Dan Marques on the Business Model; and the second one by Carolina Greno on how to optimize your pitch.
Sunday/Domingo
Cierre de los proyectos y pitch final Closing of projects and final pitch
Son las horas finales en las que los equipos terminan de cerra sus proyectos, comienzan a preparar sus presentaciones finales y practican una y otra vez sus pitches finales.
Tuvimos en este día el extraordinario privilegio de contar con Greoge Macavei EMEA GMT Lead, databases and Google Cloud, que nos dio una master class sobre "Cómo la tecnología está configurando el ecosistema de las startups de nueva generación"
Los equipos presentaros sus proyectos ante nuestros jueces, Jaime Aranda (Consultor de Innovación, diseño de negocio y emprendimeinto), Jorge Carrasco (Consultor Agile y organizador de Tedx Málaga, Andreas Mihalovits (Business Angel y fundador de Marbella Tech Angels), Julien de Vaal (Investor) y George Macavei.
These are the final hours when teams finish closing their projects, start preparing their final presentations and practice their final pitches over and over again.
On this day we had the extraordinary privilege of having Greoge Macavei EMEA GMT Lead, databases and Google Cloud, who gave us a master class on "How technology is shaping the next generation startups ecosystem".
The teams presented their projects to our judges, Jaime Aranda (Innovation, business design and entrepreneurship consultant), Jorge Carrasco (Agile consultant and organizer of Tedx Malaga), Andreas Mihalovits (Business Angel and founder of Marbella Tech Angels), Julien de Vaal (Investor) and George Macavei.
